Greenwich Officer Comes To Aid Of Stray Horse During Height Of Nor'easter Greenwich Police Officer Christopher Wallace expected to be busy during Wednesday's nor'easter, but he didn't expect to become friends with a horse and spend an hour guiding it home. The incident began when a contractor called the Greenwich Police Department about a horse running around on Round Hill Road in the backcountry, said Lt. John Slusarz. A couple of officers headed out to the area and found the contractor holding horse.
