Five Suspects, Including Four Juveniles, Charged In String Of Stratford Car Burglaries Five people, including four juveniles, were arrested for burglarizing cars after an off duty officer spotted them in action. Officers responded to the area of Cutspring Road in Stratford and Chesire Street around 1 a.m. Monday to investigate a report of several suspicious people, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.
