Overnight I-684 Lane Closures Start This Weekend For Construction Work WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – Overnight construction starting this weekend will close lanes of I-684 in both directions in nearby New York.  Single- and double-lane closures are planned for I-684, between Exit 6 for Route 35 and Exit 8 for Hardscrabble Road. The lanes will be closed Sundays through Thursdays starting Saturday, July 16, and lasting through Sept. 30. Crews will be performing construction activities, weather permitting. The festivities included arts and crafts under the tent where miniature paper maché hot air balloons created by Kate Bartsch were painted and decorated by children of all ages. Jo Anne Brown brought her spinning wheel and demonstrated how to spin wool. He was born Dec. 6, 1957 in Waterbury, a son of the late Raymond James and Catherine J. (Knight) Kennedy. He grew up in Oakville and Watertown, and was a graduate of Scared Heart High School in Waterbury. He graduated from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. He was the husband of the late Margaret Anne (Hughes) Mosley. He was born Feb. 19, 1935, in Portland, Maine, a son of the late Philip G. and Sigrid (Simonsen) Mosley.
