NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- New Canaan Police arrested a North Salem, N.Y., man on charges of sexual assault of a teen employee at an establishment where he was consulting, according to Patch.com.
Tony A. Smith, 30, was working as an independent IT contractor at a New Canaan eatery when he allegedly made inappropriate sexual comments to a 19-year-old employee and fondled her breasts, Patch.com reported.
