NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- A leader of a New Canaan youth church group was arrested on Friday, Oct. 25, on charges of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy, according to Patch.com.
Morgan V. Frawley, 25, of Fairfield was charged with one count risk of injury to a minor and released after posting $5,000 bond, Patch.com reported.
