A 29-year-old man has been charged with sexually assaulting a juvenile.
On Dec. 16 last year, the Norwalk PD Special Victims Unit began an investigation into the alleged sexual assault, Zwickler said.
It was quickly determined that Harvin Rivera, of Norwalk, was a suspect.
Rivera was arrested at his Chapel Street apartment after he was found hiding under a bed on Monday morning, Feb. 17, Norwalk Police Lt. Jared Zwickler said.
