Fight Inside Hookah Lounge Leads To 3 Arrests, Seized Guns In Manchester Three men were arrested and multiple guns were seized after a fight inside a Manchester hookah lounge, police said.  The disturbance happened on Sunday, Feb. 12, when police responded to the Empire Hookah Lounge located at 397 Broad St. around 3 a.m. for a reported fight, according to Manchester Police. Before arriving at the lounge, police were told that multiple people involved in the fight had entered a vehicle and fled the scene while one of the occupants displayed a gun.
