Man Found Dead Outside CT CVS Police are investigating after a man was found dead outside of a Fairfield County CVS store. The incident took place in Norwalk around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5 at the store on Connecticut Avenue. According to Norwalk Police Deputy Chief Joe Dinho, officers responded to the store for a report of an unresponsive man in a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers were able to confirm that the adult individual was dead and was also confirmed by EMS, the chief said.
