Woman, Man Become Combative With Troopers After Burglary In CT, Police Say A woman and man are facing charges after a burglary and fight with officers in Connecticut. Man Flees After Leaving Infant On Hood Of Woman's Vehicle, CT State Police Say Connecticut State Police are attempting to locate a man who abandoned an infant on the roof of a stranger's parked car before taking off.
