Drunk Driver Leads Police On Chase On I-95, Resists Arrest In Waterford Despite numerous attempts to escape arrest, an alleged drunk driver was brought into custody by police in Waterford.  The incident began on Tuesday, Feb. 14 around 9:40 p.m., when state police learned of a car driving erratically on Interstate 95 over the Gold Star Bridge in New London.  Troopers then caught up with the vehicle, a 2008 Saturn Aura Xe, in Waterford near Exit 82.
