Driver Accused Of Striking Police Cruiser In New London County A Connecticut man has been arrested for allegedly hitting a police cruiser while officers were attempting to make a traffic stop. New Haven County resident Jean Carlos Colon, age 26, of Meriden, was apprehended by Connecticut State Police on Thursday, Nov. 25, after troopers received a lookout from the Mohegan Police for a red and black Mini Cooper that was had hit a Mohegan Police car, state police said.
