Woman Killed In Crash After Hitting Debris At Waterford Construction Site, Police Say A Connecticut woman was killed after hitting a curbing, fencing, and a dirt pile at a construction site. The single-car crash took place in New London County around 2:50 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 29 in the area of Colman and Vauxhall streets. When officers arrived on the scene they found Margaret Larsen, age 61, of Waterford, unresponsive, in a Honda Accord, said Capt. Matthew Galante, of the New London Police. ID Released For New London Man Found Shot Dead On Roadway Police have released the identity of a Connecticut man found shot dead on a city street. Abdiel Rodriguez, age 25, was found around 10:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 5 in the city of New London, in the area of Colman Street and West Pleasant Street. Upon arriving on the scene, officers located and treated Rodriguez who had sustained life-threatening injuries, Capt. Matthew Galante, of the New London Police, said. The incident took place in New London County around 10:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 5 in the area of Colman Street and West Pleasant Street in the city of New London.
