Perfect For Pot: CT Building Advertises Itself As Cannabis-Friendly A 100-year-old building in Fairfield County is for lease with a specific purpose in mind: marijuana.  For lease through the Web Realty Company, 25 Van Zant Street in Norwalk is advertised as a "cannabis space for lease," according to the online listing.  The building is now billed as having "265,000 interior square feet for cannabis space" and "80,000 exterior square feet of outdoor rooftop cannabis space."
