ID Released For 14-Year-Old Killed In Wethersfield Crash In Stolen Vehicle A 14-year-old who was killed in a CT crash in an alleged stolen vehicle has been identified by police. Novelle Nesmith of Hartford died about an hour after being hospitalized following the 1:30 p.m. crash on Sunday, Jan. 14, in Hartford County in Wethersfield. According to the Wethersfield Police, three juveniles were riding in a stolen vehicle when the driver lost control, hit a tree, and then hit a home on Church Street. No one in the house was injured. CT Student Accused Of Bringing Airsoft Pistol, Knife To School A Connecticut high school student was charged with breach of peace after allegedly bringing an airsoft gun and knife to school. The incident took place in Hartford County on Monday, Jan. 8 at Wethersfield High School in Hartford.  According to Wethersfield Police, a school resource officer received information that a student at the high school brought a realistic airsoft pistol and knife to school. Rollover Car Crash Closes Roadway, But No Injuries A rollover car crash snarled traffic as emergency responders had to close a roadway to clear the accident. On Tuesday, Oct. 27 at about 8 a.m. Wethersfield Police and Firefighters responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Silas Deane Highway at Wells Road, police said. No injuries were reported, but police have asked people to avoid the area while the vehicle is towed and power lines are repaired.
