Naugatuck Man Nabbed In Car Burglary After Fleeing, Police Say A 19-year-old and two juveniles were nabbed for allegedly burglarizing a vehicle after a Fairfield County homeowner was alerted to the crime by a Ring doorbell. The incident took place in Westport around 12:45 a.m., Tuesday, March 26 at a residence near Compo Beach. According to Lt. Eric Woods of the Westport Police, the resident reported that their Ring doorbell camera activated when a suspect entered a vehicle parked in the driveway. Know Them? Duo Wanted For CT Car Burglaries, Police Say Police in Fairfield County are asking the public for help identifying two people allegedly responsible for several vehicle burglaries and cashing some $30,000 in fake checks using the car owner's identity. The Norwalk Detective Bureau said the two are responsible for burglarizing several vehicles parked on Muller Avenue on Nov. 8, said Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police. Photos Released Of Stratford Car Burglary Suspect Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a suspect accused of breaking into a car in Stratford.  The vehicle burglary happened on Sunday, Sept. 24 in the area of Highland Avenue, Stratford Police announced on Tuesday, Sept. 26.  Anyone with information regarding the incident or the suspect's identity is asked to contact Detective Policano at JPolicano@townofstratford.com. The incident took place in Darien around 6:40 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11 on Pear Tree Point Road. According to Sgt. Dan Skoumbros of the Darien Police, the owner of the vehicle called the police to report there was a vehicle burglary in progress. The incident happened on Pompey Hollow Road in the Windham County town of Ashford between 10:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 24, according to a report from Connecticut State Police on Wednesday, Aug. 10. The incidents took place on Thursday, March, 18 in New Canaan, said New Canaan Police Chief Leon Krolikowski.  The first incident was reported around 9:06 a.m. on March 18, when police responded to a residence on White Oak Shade Lane on a report of two vehicles entered.
