CT Woman Nabbed For Driving Improperly-Licensed Car: Police A Fairfield County woman said the person she bought a car from took care of the paperwork, but the car did not have the proper license or registration.  Jennifer Monahan, of Stamford, was arrested around 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1 for driving a car without proper registration, insurance, or license on Old Kings Highway in Darien, according to the Darien Police Department. Swerving Driver In CT Busted With BAC Double Legal Limit, Police Say A swerving driver in Connecticut was arrested after being busted with a blood alcohol concentration more than double the legal limit, police announced. In Fairfield County, officers on patrol from the Darien Police Department stopped Stamford resident Ross Nazaire, age 24, at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 8, when he was spotted repeatedly crossing the double yellow line in a vehicle that had an expired registration, authorities announced. CT Man Nabbed For DUI Following Crash, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been charged with alleged driving while under the influence after crashing his vehicle and landing on top of a rock wall. Charles Bazelais, age 26, of Stamford, was arrested on a warrant on Friday, Sept. 24 by Darien Police for the incident which took place in May. Officers were dispatched to Haskell Lane for the report of a one-car motor vehicle accident with injuries, according to Sergeant Dan Skoumbros, of the Darien Police. CT Stolen-Vehicle Suspect Caught While Pumping Gas, Police Say A Connecticut man was arrested for allegedly stealing a vehicle while he was pumping gas in Massachusetts. Hartford County resident Yves Sorokobi, age 50, of Manchester, was arrested around 4 p.m., Saturday, April 3, in Hampden County after Ludlow Police received a 911 call for a report of a motor vehicle that had just been stolen, Ludlow Police said.
