CT Drug Dealer Busted Selling Cocaine Laced With Fentanyl, Police Say A Fairfield County man was busted allegedly selling cocaine laced with fentanyl to undercover agents over several months. Joshua Powell, age 30, of Stamford, was charged by Norwalk Police on Thursday, Aug. 10. During May 2023, the Special Services Division began receiving information that Powell was selling large quantities of powder and crack cocaine that contained fentanyl within the City of Norwalk, said Norwalk Police Deputy Chief Terrence Blake.
