Triple Trouble: Family Gets Combative With Troopers After Wrong-Way Stop In CT, Police Say Three relatives were arrested following a wrong-way traffic stop on a Connecticut highway in which the women allegedly became combative with troopers. The incident happened at around 10:30 p.m. Monday, April 22, on I-84 in Hartford. Connecticut State Police said a trooper was responding to a crash near Exit 46 when they saw a Jeep going westbound in the eastbound lanes.  The Jeep then drove off the roadway into a grassy area before turning around to face east. Darien resident Robert Snyder, age 57, was arrested on Sunday, April 7. According to Sgt. Dan Skoumbros of the Darien Police officers took a report regarding an issue a landlord was having with a tenant.
