Fugitive New Haven Man Nabbed With 40 Pounds Of Pot, AK-47, Police Say
A Connecticut man who was an alleged fugitive from justice wanted for attempted murder was busted with 40 pounds of marijuana and an AK-47 assault rifle by a US Marshals task force. New Haven County resident Joshua Williams, age 26, of New Haven, was arrested on Tuesday, April 12. Williams was arrested on a warrant out of New York for attempted murder and was safely taken into custody, said Officer Scott Shumway, of the New Haven Police.
