The National Weather Service says areas farther inland will see the most snowfall from the system. CT Man Accused Of Driving Drunk At More Than Twice Legal Limit A 36-year-old man was charged after troopers reported that he drove in Westchester County while intoxicated at more than twice the legal limit. Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on I-287 in Rye at about 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3, New York State Police reported. The driver, identified as Luis Perez Paredes, of New Fairfield, Connecticut, was found to be intoxicated and was arrested, authorities said.  Police said Perez Paredes was found to have a BAC of .20 percent. CT Man Accused Of Driving With BAC Twice Legal Limit Police said a Connecticut man has been charged for driving in Westchester County with a blood-alcohol content more than twice the legal limit. On Friday, July 16, at about 11:15 p.m., police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in Elmsford for a vehicle and traffic violation, New York State Police said. Police said the driver, Wilfredo Perez, of Stamford, was taken into custody. Authorities said Perez's blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19%. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, which is a misdemeanor charge.
