The incident took place in Trumbull on Saturday, April 29 at the Trumbull Mall. According to Lt. Felon Admits To Having Gun In New Haven, Feds Say A Fairfield County man has pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Allen Lusmat, 30, of Bridgeport, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, Nov. 18, to possessing the gun in New Haven when he entered a convenience store, said John H. Durham, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut.
