Woman Charged With Machete Possession During Fight In CT Neighborhood
A man and woman involved in a neighbor dispute in Fairfield County ended up threatening each other with machetes as the fight escalated. The incident took place in Bridgeport on Sunday, Sept. 17 on the 200 block of Willow Street. On-scene witness reports indicated the dispute was about a vehicle blocking a driveway and a verbal altercation between Clive Samuels, age 46, of Stratford, and Christine Medley, age 47, of New Haven, said Scott Appleby, director of Bridgeport's Emergency Management. CT Woman Dies From Injuries In Shooting Over Dog That Left Two Others Dead, Police Say
A Connecticut woman who was shot during a dispute between neighbors over a dog that left two others dead has died from her injuries. Nikia Rankins, age 27, of Hartford, died on Friday, July 1 from injuries incurred during the incident on Sunday, June 19. Rankins was found shot when police responded to a report of gunfire at a multi-family home on Franklin Avenue and located three unresponsive victims with gunshot wounds, said Lt. Woman Damages Video Camera In Dispute Between CT Neighbors, Police Say
An 80-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly painting over her Fairfield County neighbor's surveillance camera. The incident took place in New Canaan on Saturday, April 9. Linda Aysseh, of New Canaan and Naples, Florida, turned herself in to police on Tuesday, May 24 on a warrant in connection with the April incident, said Lt. Jason Ferraro, of the New Canaan Police.
