CT Man Exposes Genitals To Child Riding Bike, Police Say A Connecticut man who allegedly touched his genitals while in view of a child riding a bike has been charged with risk of injury to a minor. Luis Segura-Montero, age 59, was charged on Thursday, Sept. 28, for the incident that took place in Hartford on Wednesday, July 5 in the area of Mapleton Street. When officers arrived, Segura-Montero had left the area. With the assistance of the Major Crimes Division detectives were able to identify the location of the incident and positively identify the suspect, said Hartford Police Lt. Aaron Boisvert. The incident took place in New Haven around 1 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21 on Whalley Avenue. CT Woman Dies From Injuries In Shooting Over Dog That Left Two Others Dead, Police Say A Connecticut woman who was shot during a dispute between neighbors over a dog that left two others dead has died from her injuries. Nikia Rankins, age 27, of Hartford, died on Friday, July 1 from injuries incurred during the incident on Sunday, June 19. Rankins was found shot when police responded to a report of gunfire at a multi-family home on Franklin Avenue and located three unresponsive victims with gunshot wounds, said Lt.
