A 2-year-old boy who died after falling from a third-floor window is one of five children who were allegedly living in "deplorable and uninhabitable" conditions at a Connecticut residence. The incident took place around 3:30 p.m., Saturday, July 22 at 1091 Capitol Ave., in Hartford. According to Lt. IDs, Ages Released For 17 Killed In NYC Apartment Fire The final list of names of those who perished in a massive fire in a New York City apartment building that claimed the lives of 17 people, has been released.
