All-Day Filming To Close Highland Parking Lot In Rye A busy parking lot in Westchester will be shut down for most of a day to make room for a film shoot, police announced. On Monday, April 29, the Highland parking lot in Rye in the area of Purchase Street and Purdy Avenue will close between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. to allow crews to shoot scenes for an episode of a television show called "Swipe," according to the City of Rye Police Department. Human Remains Found Near Ice Pond Road In Putnam County Authorities are working to identify human remains that were discovered near a Hudson Valley road.  The body was found in Putnam County on Tuesday, April 16 in the area of Ice Pond Road in Patterson, Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police said on Wednesday, April 24.  The investigation to identify the remains is still in its "infancy," Hicks said, adding that no official connections to any missing persons cases have yet been made.  This is a developing story.
