Man Asleep Behind The Wheel In CT Arrested For DUI A man asleep behind the wheel of a parked car in Fairfield County on Halloween morning was allegedly drunk when he attempted to back away from officers attempting to interview him, police said. Shortly after 2 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 31, officers from the Darien Police Department responded to a Dubois Street residence, where there were reports of a suspicious car parked in the driveway with the lights on. 'Confused' Driver Busted For DUI In CT, Police Say A swerving driver in Fairfield County was allegedly intoxicated when he was busted by police after parking partially on the grass and sidewalk of an area roadway, police said. In Darien, an officer responded to the intersection of Post Road and Dubois Street shortly before 9:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 13, where there were reports of a white Acura that was swerving in the area without headlights on, police said.
