Former Glastonbury Police Officer Faces New Burglary Charge
A former Connecticut police officer who has been charged in numerous crimes sprees has been arrested again for allegedly burglarizing a restaurant and bar and making off with $76,000 in cash and items.
Hartford County resident Patrick Hemingway, age 37, of Glastonbury, was charged on Wednesday, Feb. 28, for the Thursday, May 4, 2023 crime in Wethersfield.
According to the Wethersfield Police, an investigation by the Detective Bureau, found that Hemingway had allegedly broke into Lucky Lou's Bar and Grill at 222 Main St., and made off with the cash and items.

A 30-year-old man has been charged with burglary after allegedly breaking into a Connecticut home posing as a fake landlord.
Hampden County resident Precious C. Okorie, age 30, of Springfield, Massachusetts, was arrested around 4:40 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 28 in South Windsor, Connecticut.
According to Sgt. Mark Cleverdon of the South Windsor Police, Okorie broke into a home and remained there while the resident and her two children were present as part of a fake landlord-tenant dispute.

Nearly $14K In Losses After New Haven 20-Year-Old Burglarizes Business, Police Say
A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a break-in at a Connecticut business that left its owner out thousands of dollars.
Marcos Scott, of New Haven, surrendered to Greenwich Police on an open warrant Tuesday, Dec. 19, in connection with the alleged burglary.
Investigators said Scott and another person broke into the Mohegan Vape Shop and Cigar, located on East Putnam Avenue, on Tuesday, July 18.
The owner told police that between the stolen and damaged property, the break-in cost them $13,700.

A woman from Pennsylvania has been charged with burglary and identity theft after she allegedly broke into a car in Connecticut, and tried to cash checks she stole from that car, police said.
Kaitlyn Miller, age 28, of King of Prussia in Montgomery County, PA, was arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 15, in Fairfield County after police said she broke into a car in Wilton Center on Jan. 24.

Two men are accused of beating and robbing a 75-year-old man outside his Fairfield County home.
The incident happened Thursday, Nov. 16, in Bridgeport at a home on East Main Street, according to Bridgeport Police.
Both men approached the victim with their hands in their pockets, motioning that they had a gun, police said.

Hours after a Connecticut man originally trespassed on someone’s property, he took it a step further by breaking in, police said.
It happened on Tuesday, Nov. 7 in the Tolland County town of Mansfield, according to Connecticut State Police.

Two accused Connecticut thieves who couldn’t keep their paws off of a kitten are now facing multiple charges relating to the burglary, authorities said.
On Saturday, Aug. 19 in New Haven County, Milford Police announced the arrests of Jeffrey Domeracki, age 36, of Milford, and Alexis Nagy, age 29 of Stratford, for burglarizing a local animal shelter.

Two Fairfield County men have been charged with several cases of alleged burglary, robbery, and home invasion.
Norwalk residents Aneudy Martinez, age 22, and Joseph de Jesus Tiburcio Nunez, age 18, were arrested on Wednesday, July 12 for the incident that began in May, said Sgt. Sofia Gulino, of the Norwalk Police.
