18-Year-Old From New Haven Helps To Steal Woman's Car After Intentionally Hitting It: Police
An 18-year-old and a 16-year-old both face charges following their alleged theft of a woman's car in Fairfield County after intentionally crashing into it in an effort to make her leave the vehicle, police said.
