The incident occurred in Shelton around 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 26 on Meghan Court. According to the fire department, Shelton firefighters arrived on the scene and found the worker stuck 40 feet up a tree. The incident took place in Stratford around 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31 at the Devon Bridge, said Robert Daniel, assistant chief/fire marshal for the Stratford Fire Department.
