New Long Island Serial Murders Update: Suspect's Wife Reportedly Files For Divorce
The wife of Rex Heuermann, the suspected Long Island Gilgo Beach killer, has reportedly filed for divorce less than a week after his arrest.
Heuermann, of the village of Massapequa Park in Nassau County, is charged with killing Melissa Barthelemy, Megan Waterman, and Amber Costello and burying their bodies in a grassy area of Gilgo Beach, located in the town of Babylon in Suffolk County.
He's also a suspect in the murder of Maureen Brainard-Barnes.

Connecticut Man ID'd As One Of Victims In Quadruple-Fatal Head-On Crash
The identities have been released of the four people who were killed in a head-on crash on Long Island's North Fork.
It happened at 11:33 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17 on Route 25 in the hamlet of East Marion in the town of Southold.
According to the Southold Town Police Department, the victims are:
Long Island resident Heath Miller, age 47, of Greenport in Suffolk County
Connecticut resident William Price, age 55, of Wilton in Fairfield County
New York City resident Peter R. Smith, age 80, of Brooklyn
New York City resident Patricia A. O'Neill, age 66, of Brooklyn

Missing NY Teens Found
Two teenagers who went missing late last week have been located.
Long Island residents Vincent Abolafia, and his girlfriend, Kaileigh Catalano, both age 15 and of Manorville in Suffolk County, were last seen at the Ronkonkoma train station on Thursday, Dec. 9 with the intention of boarding the 3:11 p.m. train to Manhattan, Suffolk County Police said.
On Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 14, the Suffolk County PD said the two "were located, unharmed, in Manhattan today."
The NYPD and MTA Police Department assisted in the investigation.
