Post Office Carjacker Nabbed After Foot Chase In CT, Police Say A man was nabbed for allegedly robbing and carjacking an elderly woman at a post office in Fairfield County. The incident occurred on Friday, April 14, at the Shelton downtown Post Office. According to Det.
