The incident unfolded in New Haven County a little after 4 p.m., Monday, Aug. 23, when state police were notified of a Range Rover with stolen plates driving erratically on I-95 in Madison. Troopers responded to the area of the I-95 Madison rest area where the Range Rover was last seen. Brothers Nabbed For Stealing Range Rover In CT, Police Say Two brothers were arrested after police said they worked together to steal items from an unlocked vehicle and steal a Range Rover in Fairfield County.  Officers responded to a report of vehicles being entered and a Range Rover being stolen from a driveway in New Canaan in the area of Welles Lane at about 11 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 14, authorities said. CT Man Arrested In Connection With Vehicle Burglary, Theft, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been arrested for allegedly stealing one vehicle and credit cards from a second. Christopher Mulkern, age 21, of Stratford, was arrested on Thursday, July 8, for the incident which took place in December 2020 in Darien, said Sgt. James Palmieri. A 2021 Range Rover was reported stolen around 10:12 a.m., Wednesday, April 14 in New Canaan. The owner of the vehicle left the keys in the vehicle and last saw it parked in the drive of the residence at 10 p.m.. on Tuesday, April 13, New Canaan Police Chief of Police Leon Krolikowski said.
