CT FedEx Driver Assaulted Delivering Package, Police Say Police in Connecticut are seeking the public's help in identifying a man who allegedly attacked a FedEx driver as he was delivering a package. The incident took place in Hartford County around a5 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 23 on Lydall Street in Manchester. Manchester police responded to a home on Lydall Street for a report of package theft, said Lt. Ryan Shea, of the Manchester Police.
