A check of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) website shows that Regency Charter Buses, based in Suffolk County in Nesconset, was involved in one injury crash in the past two years. Lane Closure: I-84 Stretch To Be Affected A lane closure will impact traffic on a busy highway in the Hudson Valley for numerous days, officials are warning.  Beginning on Sunday, May 21, one lane of Interstate 84 eastbound and westbound in Putnam County from Exit 58 (Ludingtonville Road) in Kent to the Connecticut state line will close, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.  The closure will last from Sunday, May 21 through Thursday, May 25 as well as Tuesday, May 30 through Thursday, June 1 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.   The lane closure is to accommodate roadway striping, officials said.&nbs…

Expect Delays: Lane Closure Planned For Stretch Of I-84 State officials have advised motorists to expect delays due to a planned lane closure on a stretch of I-84 in the area. The New York State Department of Transportation said Dutchess County motorists should expect one lane to close on I-84 eastbound and westbound, between Exit 46 (US Route 9) in East Fishkill and Exit 44 (State Route 52) in Fishkill. The closure is set to take place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29, to accommodate bridge work, officials said.

Lane Closures Scheduled For I-84 Stretch Weekday lane closures are planned for a stretch of I-84 counties, the New York State Department of Transportation announced.
