Major Companies Say They'll Cover Employee Travel Expenses For Abortions Several major media companies will cover travel costs for employees seeking abortions in response to the Supreme Court overturning Roe vs. Wade, Variety reports.  This comes after the court ruled 6-3 to overturn people's constitutional right to the procedure on the morning of Friday, June 24. Companies including Disney, Netflix, Paramount, Comcast, Sony and Meta confirmed to Variety that they will be reimbursing their employees who travel across state lines to get an abortion. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that Best Brands Consumer Products is voluntarily recalling two finished product lots of “The Mandalorian Hand Sanitizer,” available in green and blue formulations, and bottles of “Mickey Mouse Hand Sanitizer” that come with a blue product. Child Swallows Flashlight Battery Prompting Recall, Cpsc Says Five models of projector flashlights are being recalled because the manufacturer has received reports of children accessing the button cell batteries and in one case swallowing them. The child who swallowed the battery manufactured by Halo, the company issuing the recall, required surgery to remove it, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Halo says the models include its Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Avengers, and ESPN projector flashlights. They have a key chain on one end and a flashlight projector on the other end.
