Deane Hamilton Flood, age 53, of Greenwich, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 21 following an investigation by the Greenwich Police Department's Special Victims Section. According to Capt. CT Man Charged With Taking Photos Of Child In Disney Bathroom, Police Say A Connecticut man has been accused of voyeurism for allegedly taking photos and video of a 10-year-old boy at Disney World in Florida while in a bathroom.
