Airport officials in Windsor Locks are looking at testing for arriving passengers in a terminal or parking lot, according to the Hartford Courant. The hope is that the tests would deliver results fast enough to avoid the 14-day quarantine period people are expected to observe when traveling to Connecticut or Massachusetts from most other states.
