Hartford County resident Robert Sellers, age 62, of Bristol, was sentenced in federal court in Hartford on Friday, May 20, to 13 years behind bars. CT Man Linked To Incest Website Nabbed For Paying To Have Sex With Minor, FBI Says A Connecticut man has been arrested following a lengthy FBI investigation that allegedly linked him to incest websites and for telling agents he was willing to pay to have sex with a minor.
