New Update: Missing 4-Year-Old CT Girl, Mother Found Safe, Father Under Arrest A 4-year-old Fairfield County girl who was reported missing by her father after not seeing her for more than a year has been found safe. According to Bridgeport Police Capt. Kevin Gilleran, Aliyah Serrano, and her mother, 33-year-old Valery Colon, have been located outside the State of Connecticut.  "Law enforcement officials in their jurisdiction have verified them both to be safe and in good health," Gilleran said. Alert Issued For Missing 3-Year-Old In Region Multiple police departments and rescue crews are searching for a missing 3-year-old boy from Lowell, authorities said. Silver Alert Issued For Missing Children Believed To Be Together A Silver Alert has been issued out of the Vernon-Tolland Connecticut area for two children who are believed to be together. On Tuesday, Nov. 24, at around 7 a.m., the Vernon Police issued the alert for help locating Kiera Stratton-Cyr and William Gauthier.
