Four Hospitalized After Two-Vehicle I-84 Crash In Hartford, Police Say Four people were hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash on I-84 in Connecticut.  The crash happened at about 1:50 a.m. on Sunday, March 13, on I-84 Westbound near Entrance 56 ramp in East Hartford, according to Connecticut State Police. The storm is due to arrive late in the afternoon or early in the evening Friday, Oct. 16 and continue into Saturday, Oct. 17.
