The incident took place on Sunday, August 1 around 12:30 a.m., in Hampden County when Holyoke Police responded to the area of Main and Appleton at the Racing Mart Convenience store. The incident took place around 6:20 p.m., Monday, June 28, when the Holyoke Police received a call from Holyoke Medical Center informing them they had just received a stabbing victim in the emergency room, said Captain Matthew Moriarty. Western Mass Man Who Was Stabbed Refusing To Cooperate With Investigators, Police Say Police in Western Massachusetts are asking the public for help after a man was stabbed, but is allegedly refusing to cooperate with investigators. Police in Holyoke were notified of the stabbing around 1:40 p.m., Saturday, June 19, when they received a call from the Holyoke Medical Center to report a man that had been stabbed had shown up at the hospital.
