Covid-19: $1,000 Fines For Two People Who Ignored Connecticut Travel Law Connecticut has issued its first $1,000 fines against individuals who do not adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols. Two unnamed people have been fined $1,000 each for flying back to Connecticut from Louisana and Florida without filling out required health forms. They also did not quarantine for 14 days, as is the state’s rule for people who travel to states that have 10 percent, or higher, rolling seven-day average of new positive COVID-19 test cases. Gov.
