Kidnapping Suspect: Ansonia Man Grabs, Assaults, Drugs Victim, Police Say A victim lived through a day of fear and assaults at the hands of a Connecticut man the person knew, according to authorities. On Wednesday, July 5, Norwalk Police received a complaint that New Haven County resident Enrique Rivas-Castillo, age 23, of Ansonia, had threatened the victim over the phone, said Lt. Joe Dinho, of the Norwalk Police. Two Hartford Women Nabbed Stealing, Taking Cops On Pursuit, Police Say Two Connecticut women were nabbed allegedly stealing more than $5,000 in goods from a Fairfield County store. Denaisha Stephenson, age 29, of Manchester, and Tania Anderson, age 34, of Hartford, were arrested by Greenwich Police on Tuesday, April 20, after responding to a Greenwich Avenue store for a report of shoplifting, said Lt.
