Man Shot In Head Was Talking When He Was Found At Gas Station In Region A man shot in the head was talkative and alert when he was found at a Hampden County gas station on Saturday, Sept. 2.  The man, whose name was not released, was found in the parking lot of the Sunoco gas station on North Main Street in East Longmeadow just after 8 p.m., East Longmeadow police said. The call came in around 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 1 when a resident observed a familiar person walk through their yard and into the woods, police said. “They felt this was highly unusual, especially since it was 27 degrees out,” police said.
