Connecticut Department of Transportation crew members located an ATM in Bridgeport on the morning of Monday, Sept. 26, on Route 8, and called police, Connecticut State Police reported. Troopers determined that the ATM had been stolen out of New Haven, police said.  "Of course, the machine was empty of cash, but that makes cents, right?" State Police said in the announcement.
