Police Seeking Help Identifying Connecticut Bank Robber Police in Fairfield County are seeking the public's help identifying an alleged bank robber who jumped the counter and made off with cash and then carjacked a ride-sharing vehicle. The incident took place around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 21 at the Webster Bank branch located at 3546 Main St., in Bridgeport. According to Detective Jeffrey Holtz, of the Bridgeport Police, the man leaped over the counter and demanded the teller hand over the cash.
