Western Massachusetts Man Dies After Falling From 100-Foot Cliff, Reports Say A 20-year-old man from Agawam has died after calling from a 100-foot cliff in Southwick, multiple news outlets report. Southwick Police, Agawam Fire and Agawam Police all responded about a search of a person believed to be in a quarry on Provin Mountain around 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, Western Mass News reports.  Police told the outlet the young man “was determined to have died due to injuries from a fall." At least a dozen emergency vehicles were reportedly on scene, WWLP reports.  The man's death remains under investigation.

The incident took place in Hartford around 10:15 a.m., Friday, June 10 at 25 Laurel St., at the Underwood Elderly Apartments. When officers arrived on the scene they located the man who was suffering from serious injuries due to the crash, said Sgt. Chris Mastroianni of the Hartford Police. John Reynolds, age 58, of the Town of Richmond in Berkshire County, died Thursday, Dec. 9 at Berkshire Medical Center after his kayak overturned in Richmond Pond. A structure fire was reported shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 19 at a home on Route 55 West in the Town of Sherman, police said. The woman was found around 3:50 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 15, in New Haven County at Lakewood Park in Waterbury.
