Danbury City Councilman Selected As New State VA Commissioner DANBURY, Conn. – Danbury City Councilman Thomas J. Saadi will be nominated to serve as the new Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Veterans Affairs, Gov. Dannel Malloy announced Tuesday.
