Fairfield County Thief Busted Returning To Scene Of Crime, Police Say A Fairfield County man is facing charges after returning to the scene of the crime where he shoplifted items in Northern Westchester the day before, Westchester County Police said. A 22-year-old Ridgefield resident - whose name has not been released - allegedly stole a bag of cashews at Rite-Aid in Mount Kisco on Thursday, March 28, and was busted by police the following day when he returned to the store he had targeted.
