A new report has revealed a growing number of luxury home sales in the Hudson Valley and Fairfield County during the third quarter of 2024. In markets north of New York City, including the Hudson Valley counties of Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess as well as Fairfield County, luxury home sales have experienced a sharp uptick, according to Houlihan Lawrence's Q3 Luxury Market Report.
